Workplace System Strengthening Session (WSS)

The 2nd Workplace System strengthening (WSS) session was held on May 19th, 2025, with 16 participants (Complaint committee members & WBC members) on the topic of “Step-by-step guide to developing an anti-harassment policy”. \r\nMr. Tahmidul Hasan (Ethical Compliance Manager—M&S) were present during the session and expressed his compliments. He emphasized on the importance of enhancing workplace safety and raising awareness among employees.\r\nAt the session, Rumi Barua, Project Manager of RISE-Mamata, and the project team delegates, representing Mamata, were present. The entire session offers a comprehensive guide to developing, implementing, and promoting a workplace sexual harassment prevention policy, ensuring safety, respect, and gender equality.
